According to a notification from Costco on Tuesday, the retailer emphasized that these allergens have the potential to induce severe, and in some cases, life-threatening allergic reactions in individuals who are sensitive to them. It is advised that individuals with allergies or sensitivities to cashew nuts or macadamia nuts refrain from consuming this product.
The chocolate mousse, which serves six people, is identified by the Universal Product Code 812190020825. Consumers have the option to return the recalled product to Costco stores and receive a full refund. Both companies have expressed regret for any inconvenience caused by this situation.
